Matthew Roberts is a tax partner at Meadows Collier in Dallas, Texas. He is Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and represents worldwide clients on federal tax controversy matters involving civil or criminal liability. Roberts received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. He then served nearly three years as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the U.S. Tax Court.
He has represented more than 100 clients in tax matters before the Tax Court and federal district courts in controversies ranging from $100,000 to $100 million. Roberts has also served as an adjunct tax professor at a major Texas law school where he taught Corporate Income Tax.
